The privatization rental includes:
- A living area with 5 bedrooms and a lounge area (180m2)
- The Orangery (110m2)
The residential side includes:
- Its lounge area in stone and exposed beams including:
- A TV with its Apple TV
- A Kitchenette
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms of 21M2 (1 double and 1 triple) each with private bathroom and WC.
- On the second floor, the 2 other bedrooms (1 double and 1 triple) which offer the same conditions.
All our rooms have reversible air conditioning and central heating.
The house has all the equipment to best meet the comfort and escape of our guests.
Orangery sideand its magnificent, completely renovated 110 m2 room which can also serve as a 7th bed placed on a very atypical mezzanine with its 180-degree panoramic view of the swimming pool, the planted areas and the tree-lined garden.
It also has its own bathroom, toilet and walk-in shower.
Its facade is made up of 3 large bay windows facing south and bathed in light which can be opened or closed as desired to give the pleasant illusion of being surrounded by nature.
This orangery is full of charm and character thanks to its style and refined decoration by Marion (artist by trade).
It is equipped with a large American kitchen, a living room with home cinema, an American billiards table and a piano. This room is fully air-conditioned and you can appreciate its large and magnificent period fireplace.
For your meals, the Orangery has an indoor table for 10 people, an outdoor wrought iron table under a shade that can accommodate up to 15 people. A cast iron barbecue handcrafted by an ironworker from Pernes-Les-Fontaines is available for our guests which can also be transformed into a brazier.
On the kitchen side, you will find everything you need to prepare your meals and you will have the choice between different spaces to sit comfortably together or in total privacy: on the counter in the open living room in the exposed stone room, on the outdoor table under the vines, on the large terrace facing the swimming pool or inside the orangery.
The privatization of the Mas includes the accommodation as well as the orangery and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people maximum (sleeps 7) *:
- 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160)
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140) and 1 single bed (90)
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160) and 1 single bed (90)
- 1 double bed (140) on the mezzanine in the Orangery

Please note, the price indicated when booking includes the rental of the Mas as well as the 4 bedrooms and sleeping on the mezzanine in the orangery, i.e. 7 beds.
IMPORTANT: the price of the week displayed is based on a maximum of 12 people and not 2 because the rental specifies complete privatization of the Mas des Perrines (see the details described above*).
The exterior of the park of approximately 2 ha with its driveway from the entrance of Florence cypresses and its 52 olive trees, its large swimming pool, its pétanque court, a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop and a trampoline will be the ideal place to spend pleasant moments with friends or family.
The heated swimming pool, open from March 1 to October 30 , is equipped with a submerged shutter for greater comfort and safety.
